Please note, pre-paid labels may only be used for shipment sent from the United States. If the value of your order exceeds $400, please contact a customer loyalty specialist to assist you with your return.
How to Request a Pre-Paid Shipping Label Return for Refund:
- Login to My Account with your email address and password.
- Locate the Order you wish to return and click on the Order Number.
- On the next page, select "Request a return".
- Select a reason in the drop down menu and add any comments
- You'll receive an email within an hour with your RFI/Order# and a Pre-Paid label.
- Print and affix the Pre-Paid label to the outside of the shipping box and include a copy of the email with your return. Please make sure you write your RFI/Order# on the outside of the shipping box (not the watch box).
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the returned item to arrive at our warehouse.

eWatches.com will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date.
Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Purchases become final sales after 60 days from confirmed delivery date and are no longer eligible for return or refund.
- The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the packing slip included in your order, the original warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.
- Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
- All returns require a Return For Inspection (RFI) number. Your RFI number is the same as your Order number and is included on the return address label provided. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for all orders valued at $400 or less. To request a pre-paid return for refund shipping label go to the Return for Refund Process. Please include your RFI# with your return and on the outside of the shipping box (not the watch box). eWatches.com will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number.
- Once your return to eWatches is received, reviewed and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note, depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to be applied and posted to your account.
- Gifts With Purchase - Free or discounted items shipped as promotional gift with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in the original condition as described in the Standard Return Policy. The retail value of a gift with purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
- Damaged Box or Damaged Product If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Loyalty Specialist no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Loyalty Specialist immediately at 1-866-799-2824.
- Refusal of Delivery If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by eWatches.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.
- Incorrect Shipping Address Provided Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted a Customer Loyalty Specialist the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
